Return Eligibility
Products can be returned if:
- The item is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or washed products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Innerwear products due to hygiene reasons.
- Clearance or special offer items unless damaged or defective.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
